Christian Counseling
For when faith feels complicated—but you still want to find God in it.
Many of the people I work with come from faith communities where mental health was misunderstood or misrepresented. Maybe you were told to “just pray it away,” or you were shamed for struggling.
In this space, we do things differently.
There’s no pressure, denial, or shame – just grace, healing, and honest conversation about what it means to rebuild your faith and your identity.
Christian counseling doesn’t mean quoting verses at your pain. It means knowing how to apply biblical principles with care, context, and respect for where you are. I use Scripture in ways that affirm your worth, bring clarity to your situation, and remind you of who God says you are. If you want to bring your Bible to session, we’ll use it. If not, I’ll still meet you with the same heart. And no matter what, we’ll help you get closer to your faith and to yourself.
You’re allowed to ask hard questions—and still be loved.
I see Christian counseling as a partnership: God, you, and me—each playing a part. If you want a therapist who can pray with you, speak biblical truth, and still hold space for your human messiness, you’ve found her. This is soul work, and I’m honored to do it with you.

My approach to Christian counseling is biblically based—rooted in truth, healing, and space to reconnect. It’s not tied to any denomination, and it’s never about having to prove yourself or get everything right.
God doesn’t waste pain. If you’ve been walking through heartache, confusion, or silence, Christian counseling can be a place where healing begins again. Together, we’ll seek wisdom, truth, and peace—not just for your mind, but for your soul. You were never meant to carry it all alone. Let’s invite God into the process.
