Couples & Family Therapy
Healing the space between you, one conversation at a time.
In therapy for couples and families, I bring practical tools to the table—communication strategies, conflict repair techniques, and nervous system education to help you understand what’s happening and why things don’t feel quite right. We talk about attachment patterns, past wounds, and the stories each of you carries into the relationship.
Because most couples aren’t fighting about dishes—they’re fighting about safety, respect, and whether or not they matter to each other. We get to the root, and we work from there.
Couples often come to me at a breaking point—communication has unraveled, tension runs high, and both partners feel unheard. My goal is to create a space where you can slow down, say what’s real, and actually feel understood. I’m here to help you both feel safe enough to be honest – and supported enough to try again.
Whether you’re in crisis or just feeling distant, therapy can be a space to reset and reconnect.
Unpacking patterns, rebuilding trust, restoring connection.
You don’t have to know exactly what you want before starting couples therapy. Whether you’re trying to save your relationship or simply understand if it can be saved, I’ll walk with you through that process. If both partners are willing to do the work, change is possible. I’ve seen couples go from cold silence to meaningful connection—and it starts with two people willing to show up.
If you’re ready, I’m here.

I love seeing families heal. I love watching people feel connected again—even if they’re building something entirely new, even if family looks different from what they’ve known.
